This training course from Gulf Training and Consultation Center aims to provide participants with the skills to manage knowledge-based projects and apply agile project management methodologies. Course participants will learn the critical tools and techniques required to manage projects using agile practices, which are necessary to the PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner).
Training Course Methodology:
This course relies on individual and group exercises aimed at helping participants learn all critical activities for agile project management. The course also includes several case studies and presentations by participants, followed by group discussions.
